Handover/PC & Defects in Building Construction

The final stage of any construction project is handing over the property to the client. This is known as practical completion or PC. At this point, the property should be ready for the client to move in and use, but it’s not uncommon for there to be defects or problems with it. This is where we come in.

Our team of  QA inspectors will carry out a final inspection of the property to make sure there are no major defects and that everything is up to standard. If any problems are found, they will be reported back to the contractor so they can be fixed before the client moves in. Defects can be costly for both the contractor and the client, so it’s important to get them fixed as soon as possible.
